Chef Kel provides one-on-one private cooking lessons tailored to fit your needs. From novice chefs unsure of all things culinary to experienced cooks wanting to learn something new to anywhere in-between, your cooking goals can be met. Kel's Kitchen is based in North Brevard County and serves the Central Florida area.

Pre-planned Lessons
These specially developed lessons bring my experience as a chef and an educator to bear in an engaging and inspiring session. We'll spend our time together learning not only how to make the dish, but exploring its background, history, or origin. Every lesson is peppered with professional tips that you can use beyond the making of this single dish.
Custom Designed Lessons
Tell me what you'd like to learn, whether it's a certain cooking technique, a specific recipe, or a general "I want to learn how to..." and I'll prepare a personalized lesson for you. All the know-how combined with gentle instruction, interesting side notes, and unique tips just for you. Gain confidence in preparing food and tailoring it to your individual preference and taste.

INSTRUCTION
Based in North Brevard County and serving the Central Florida area, Chef Kel can be booked for your own private group cooking activity. Whether in your home or at a venue you have reserved, describe what you envision (or give a call for ideas) and Chef Kel can bring your concept to life. Great hands-on activity for parties, showers, club meetings, scouts, birthdays, after school clubs ... you name it!
